John Tynes lives in the small town of Crescent City, tucked into the northwestern corner of California along some of the most pristine and beautiful coastline left in the United States. He studied photography in college and dabbled in the film industry in Los Angeles before heeding the call to serve mankind as a physician. However, he still considers himself an artist at his core, and today satisfies that passion by traveling the country several times a year in his Airstream trailer, always with a camera at hand.

This website allows you to view current galleries and order prints if you like. You may find that some of the photos don't fit the print sizes exactly and if you can't crop it to your liking, email me and we'll see if we can get it printed appropriately.

Always been a fan of your work, love your eye for the unusual and textures, my personal favorite is the Bandon lighthouse B/W with the grass blowing in the wind....also the boats in Japan...Wow you are an Artist!
